Just a few days ago, we had the pleasure of accompanying dozens of entrepreneurial, hardworking, and self-directed women on their path to success. We love being able to be there, at this vital moment in their lives, contributing our small part.
It was made possible thanks to the super event organized by Extraordinaria.es , where we were fortunate and happy to participate as supporters , once again showing our support for female empowerment.
Under the motto "My leadership is iconic" and hosted by the unstoppable Gemma Fillol, great entrepreneurial women shared their experiences, secrets, advice, ups and downs in the difficult (albeit exciting) world of female leadership.
And if sharing is living , leading is giving . And they gave, they gave wisdom and so much love to everyone present. But above all, they recharged our batteries with positive energy and good vibes through all their presentations, activities, and roundtable discussions.
They discussed relevant topics such as beauty (both inner and outer) and invited us to dress to shine thanks to the expertise of an unconventional stylist like Andrea Moretti.
Diana Zuluaga was an explosion of empowerment from the moment she stepped onto the stage and made us reflect on something as important as money in a practically inexplicable way that left everyone with their mouths open and eager to defend what her work is worth (also in euros).
We caught up on the latest technological developments at the roundtable of industry experts and realized that the future is already here, so we can't rest on our laurels if we want to keep up.
And before going to the delicious brunch organized by Caravan Made , we put ourselves in the shoes of the bad boss Mother Laura Baena to realize that leading a revolutionary movement like the conciliation of women in family life, requires a lot of personal and family effort, kilos of motivation and having the ability to form a solid team of good people, something apparently simple but that is not so much, right?
Throughout the day, there was no shortage of laughter, hugs, surprises, raw emotions, and incredible organization that made the venue the perfect place, even coordinating color therapy, aromatherapy, dance, meditation, and art activities.
Always in an incredible atmosphere of female networking where the bonds and ties between the attendees were strengthened.
Congratulations to this extraordinary team, especially to you, Gemma Fillol, for always making it possible with a smile and your unmistakable touch of fun.
The end of the day was no less exciting. We discussed feminism and the progress it's made in recent years, but also how much remains to be done and what our role is in bringing about this change in society.
Elka Mocker explained to us the importance of maintaining a healthy diet in the hectic life of an entrepreneur, since taking care of ourselves internally is a necessity when you want to give your best in your life project, and there are no excuses for skipping that.
Naiara Pereyra made it very clear that to stay up-to-date and current, we must strengthen our ability to adapt to changing times. The digital revolution is bringing rapid, and dramatic, changes!
And finally, a big thumbs up for Mónica Galán's method. Because knowing how to speak in public , anywhere, is essential to communicating what you really want to say and not what your nerves want you to say.
Catalina Dash and Mónica Custodio (creator of the beautiful designs that accompanied us at the event) taught us how to lead ourselves in a feminine way with great art.
In short, it was an enriching experience in which we loved participating and supporting female entrepreneurship. Because at Lola Barcelona, we believe in woman power and will always support women in cutting-edge activities like this one, which can leave us with a deep emotional aftertaste and a wealth of learning.
For all the leaders of the future who are the leaders of the present.
Thank you!
